Attorney Ahmet GELGEÇ, PhD.
Dr. Ahmet Gelgeç is a consultant to Armeka Law. He is an assistant professor in Maritime
and Commercial law at the Istanbul Medeniyet University. He is a Master of Laws (LLM, the
University of Southampton) and holds a PhD in law from the University of Southampton. He
specialises in shipping law, carriage of goods by sea law, particularly in the law on bills of
lading and charterparties, international sale on CIF and FOB terms and letters of credit.
